In a heartening display of academic integrity and respect, the incoming Vice Chancellor of the University of Baltistan, Prof. Dr. Naeem Tariq Narejo, has set a fascinating precedent by organizing a tribute ceremony for his predecessor, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Naeem Khan. Dr. Khan served as the Founding Vice Chancellor for six years and played a pivotal role in laying the foundation of this young university, a task that required meticulous attention to countless details. Now, as the new Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Narejo brings with him a wealth of experience and a vision for the future of this esteemed institution.

Founding a university is a monumental task that demands vision, resilience, and the ability to navigate complexities while shaping higher education's future. Prof. Dr. Khan's efforts reflect that dedication, leaving a lasting legacy at the University of Baltistan.

Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mukhtar, Founding Vice Chancellor of the National Skills University Islamabad, congratulated both leaders. As Founding Vice Chancellor, Mukhtar established two universities: the Government Sadiq College Women's University Bahawalpur and Ghazi University Dera Ghazi Khan in Southern Punjab. He emphasized the significance of fostering traditions of mutual respect, ethical leadership, and the pursuit of academic excellence. Prof. Dr. Naeem Tariq Narejo, honoring the outgoing Vice-Chancellor, is a model worth emulating across the academic landscape.
