14/21 We Are Entirely Humbled with The Executive Director HEC Appreciation of the National Skills University Islamabad – Vice Chancellor

The National Skills University Islamabad's faculty and employee are delighted after hearing appreciation of the university as a member of the UNESCO International Center for Technical and Vocational Education and Training network. In her Keynote address Dr. Shaista Sohail, Executive Director of the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, stated that it is very impressive to see a Pakistani university, so far, the only one in the country having recognition as a member of the UNEVOC network.
The Vice Chancellor thanked the Executive Director of the HEC for sparing time to be the Chief Guest for the #WYSD2021 celebrations at the National Skills University Islamabad.
Prof. Mukhtar also advised colleague Vice Chancellors to acquire membership of the UNEVOC network by almost every institution in the country imparting skills/vocational education.
