University of Southern Punjab Faculty Member Honored with Prestigious Seerat Award in Islamabad

Dr. Syed Iftikhar Gillani, a distinguished faculty member at the University of Southern Punjab (USP) Multan, has brought another remarkable honor to the institution by securing third place in the National Essay Writing Competition on Seerat-un-Nabi .

 

The prestigious award was presented during the International Seerat-un-Nabi Conference, organized by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, Government of Pakistan, on the auspicious occasion of 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal at the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) in Islamabad.

 

The award was presented by Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, Sardar Muhammad Yousaf, in the presence of distinguished scholars, intellectuals, and prominent personalities, including Chief Justice of the Federal Shariat Court, Hon'ble Justice Dr. Syed Muhammad Anwer.

 

Dr. Gillani’s achievement is a significant recognition of his academic excellence, literary ability, and scholarly contributions to the study and understanding of the life and teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad . His success at the national level reflects the depth of talent and intellectual capacity within the University of Southern Punjab.

 

The Chairman of the Board of Governors, the Rector, the Director General, and the entire governance team of the University of Southern Punjab warmly congratulated Dr. Syed Iftikhar Gillani on this prestigious national distinction.
