پاکستان میں فنی و پیشہ ورانہ تعلیم کے ابھرتے ہوئے منظرنامے میں ایک اہم سنگِ میل عبور کرتے ہوئے آن لائن انگریزی جریدہ ہنرنامہ کو باضابطہ طور پر بین الاقوامی شناخت  کے  طور  پر  آئی ایس ایس این نمبر کی  منظوری ملی  ہے۔  اس پیش رفت کے ساتھ ہی ہنرنامہ عالمی کتابیات کے نظام میں باقاعدہ طور پر شامل ہو گیا ہے، جو اسے ایک قومی کاوش سے بین الاقوامی سطح پر تسلیم شدہ سیریل اشاعت کا درجہ عطا کرتی ہے۔
